Please note that rent collection will take place on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of each month. Please let me know at  what time. Those that pay into the bank , please ensure that your instruction is set so the money reaches me by 1^st of every month in future. If rent is more than 4 days later from 1 April , then their will be an automatic penalty of  £ 10 and further charges if continued. Please note rent collection times are from afternoon  to 10pm.
